Stoic Rant

I look at the world and what it has become.
An emptiness lives in us.
Noone seems to have gotten the point.
Excuses; is the legacy we shall leave to show our passing.
A weak and sad poeple we have evolved into.
Our children can't even turn to us for guidances.
We have grown so placid in our duties to them.

Its a different time...
Its a different place...
Things are different now than they were back in the day.

I don't thnk so, I just think we have started not giving a shit sooner in life than the generations before.
We have kids sooner, when we don't even know ourselves yet.
Its all about getting laid and bustin a nut before you even understand what the hell is going on.
It makes you want to slap the shit out of somebody when kids are more adult than the adults.
Not because they choose but because they have no choice.
